As COVID-19 news keeps popping up on social media, news channels and day-to-day conversations, parents across America have a growing concern about the effects of the pandemic on their children. COVID-19 has caused lots of fear and anxiety for everyone, however, for moms and dads it has brought additional worries about social isolation and online class at home and how both of these things impact their children’s well-being.
10 Tampa Bay invited Dr. Upshaw to participate in a virtual roundtable discussion with concerned moms and dads, to answer their questions and clear out a few things about mental health during these uncertain times.
