Panagiota (Toula) Markopoulos
Panagiota (Toula) Markopoulos, LMHC, PMH-C, is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health, depression, anxiety, and trauma-informed care. She has been practicing since 2018 across multiple settings, including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, and private practice. Her clinical approach emphasizes compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based treatment to support clients through life transitions and emotional challenges.
