Emily Adams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy for patients at NeuroSpa. Emily considers herself your “friendly neighborhood therapist” who helps millennial and LGBTQ+ professionals whose lives have been impacted by anxiety, addiction and trauma. She believes we all harness the ability to live the life we desire. Emily is here to help you build the skills needed to develop self-awareness, safety and freedom.
