A highly published neuroscience expert, Dr. Obregon received his B.A. in Chemistry from USF, his Doctorate of Medicine, General Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship from the University of South Florida, and later joined NeuroSpa in as its second medical director.
